Background

Before joining Novistra, Peter was a senior banker at Moelis & Company in New York, within the Global Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure group. There he led cross-border teams and transactions, served as a trusted negotiator in high-stakes situations including debt restructurings, mergers, and joint ventures, and advised boards of directors on capital allocation and growth strategy.

He began his career in training roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, and has since executed transactions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and much of his work sits at the intersection of North American capital and Asian strategic interest.
